Delivery within New Zealand

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and NZ customers and they should receive their goods within 5 working days. If something is out of stock we will contact you with alternatives. Please note rural delivery may take longer.

Delivery within NZ is $7 for orders up to $150.
Rural delivery is an extra $4.
For orders over $150 delivery is FREE.
Freight free does not apply to furniture or bulky items you will be contacted with a freight quote for these items.

International delivery

We are able to send orders internationally. Overseas orders are also less 15% GST tax - all prices on our website are inclusive of this tax, unless you are logged in with an international address. Once you log in to your account and have set up your international delivery address we will delete the GST amount before processing your order.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and again when it has been dispatched. Please ensure you give us a valid and frequently accessed email address. If you do not receive an email reply within 24 hours, please ensure you have checked your junk mail folder

Orders under $250 are sent by International Air. Orders over $250 are sent by International Courier.
The delivery time for international orders is 5-15 working days.
Any additional taxes or duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Click for approximate international freight charges
