Can I return or exchange items that I buy online at one of the Kid Republic retail stores?
Yes. You can return or exchange an item that you have bought at our online store at our physical retail stores, provided the item has not been worn, is unlaundered, in a saleable condition and packaging is undamaged & you have the tags. You must have present your proof of purchase, within 14 Days of delivery.
I've ordered the wrong size or colour, how can I exchange it?
You can exchange the size of any product you buy at our online store at our retail store, or by sending the product back to us at the below address.
-Please go online and place an order for the item/size you wish to exchange for and choose bank deposit as payment type - this way the stock will be held for you while the other piece is being returned. Make a note in the comments field that this is to exchange for an item you are returning.
- Please repackage the goods in perfect condition and return using the information on the back of your KR invoice. Please note that on occasion the online store may be out of stock for the new size and colour you are after.

My purchase is faulty, how can I exchange it?
Our Quality Control team inspect every delivery into Kid Republic to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive a product that is faulty, please contact our dispatch team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0800 543 737 to arrange a free return delivery and an exchange or refund. You may also take the product into any of our retail stores to receive an exchange or refund.
Will I have to pay another courier fee for return or replacement product?
Any freight charges you incur on returns are not refundable and it is your responsibility to ensure the safe, undamaged return of product. If you are returning an item for exchange (i.e. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you will be required to pay any applicable freight charges (if your order is under $100), for delivery on the outgoing parcel.
Our Returns Policy
We understand that buying clothing online can be tricky as you've never felt the product or tried it on.
That's why we have a lenient returns policy that allows you to get a full refund for any non-sale products that you're not happy with. Please note this does not apply to sale items or purchases in store, as they have been viewed in person.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any full-priced product, please return it to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. For sale items, you can return for a store credit.
