We're Hiring! | Retail Assistant – Kid Republic Cambridge

Are you friendly, reliable, and love working with people? We’re on the lookout for a Retail Assistant to join our team at Kid Republic Cambridge — a vibrant children’s store filled with fun, fashion, and everything little ones need!

🕒 Hours:

Sunday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Every second Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Monday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

What you'll be doing:

* Providing outstanding customer service with a smile
* Assisting with merchandising and keeping the store looking its best
* Helping customers find the perfect kids' clothing, toys, and accessories
* Operating the till and handling transactions

We’re looking for someone who:

* Enjoys working with people (especially little ones and their grown-ups!)
* Is dependable, organised, and has great communication skills
* Has retail or customer service experience (bonus but not essential)
* Can work independently and operate in a sole-charge environment

📦 Warehouse Assistant Wanted – Join the Kid Republic Team!
Location: Near Hamilton Airport | Monday to Friday | Flexible Hours

Kid Republic is on the lookout for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Assistant to help us get our awesome kids' products packed and out the door to our online customers!

About the Role:
You'll be based at our warehouse near Hamilton Airport and play a key part in our online order fulfilment – packing parcels and preparing them for daily courier pickups. It’s a Monday to Friday position with flexible hours each day, depending on the number of orders. You’ll work a minimum of 1 hour, starting at 10am, and finish by 3pm, when the last courier arrives.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong attention to detail – accuracy is everything when packing orders
✅ Good written communication – you may need to write notes or handle customer order slips
✅ Reliable, self-motivated and efficient
✅ Comfortable working independently in a warehouse environment
