How do I search for a product?
There are a number of ways you can search for a product until you find exactly what you're looking for.
The most relaxing way to shop with us is to browse through the categories in the top navigation.
Alternatively, if you know exactly what you're after, just type in the product into our search facility (in the top right of the website) and we will find everything related to your specific search.  Once you've found what you want, click 'Add To Cart', and when you're done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details.

How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Kid Republic online is easy! 
If you know what you are looking for, you can navigate through the site using drop down top menu.
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ‘Add to Cart' button underneath each item.
To review the items in your shopping bag, click the ‘Shopping Cart' link at the top of the page. Click 'Go to Checkout' to complete your order.

Why does the item in my cart now say unavailable?
Unfortunately when you add products to your cart, it does mean they are reserved. Products are available for anyone to purchase until the checkout process and payment process has been completed. If you receive an error stating you cannot check out due to a product being unavailable, you will need to remove this item from your cart in order to continue the checkout process.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless 'Pre-Order' is displayed in the description.  Please be aware that although our online inventory updates regularly, there may be the odd occasion where an item may have been sold just prior to your order and was still showing as available.  When this is the case, you will be contacted to advise you of this.
Occasionally due to a stock taking error or theft from store, an item may be showing on our website but unfortunately it is not available. We deeply regret when this happens and will contact you to offer alternatives.  If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email online@kidrepublic.co.nz find out  whether there is a waiting list for that item, as our team may be able to order in an item for you.  Please note this only applies for current season collections, and do not apply to sale items.  Please also note that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. 

Pre-Orders
Some of our brands are available on pre-order so you have first choice of our best selling brands. These are often high demand products of limited quantities.
If some items in your order are pre-order items, we will contact you to ask if you would like to wait and have all your items sent together when the pre-order item(s) arrive. 
Please note: the Pre-order is based on what we have ordered from our suppliers but sometimes they do not deliver all items ordered and we are unable to fulfill your order.  We ask for your understanding when this happens as it is completely beyond our control, but we will contact you and offer the next best option. 

Pre-orders are normally put up anything from 1-6 weeks before the stock arrives in our warehouse.  Please be aware that delays due to freighting or customs can arise and we will get your items out to you as soon as possible. Join our newsletter to stay up to date with the latest sales and pre-orders.

Price & Payment
The price you are required to pay for the goods is the price specified on the site.
You are required to pay any additional shipping charges and taxes that may be required by the country you are receiving goods to outside of what is outlined in our shipping charges, payment of these taxes or charges may be required to release your goods from Customs, we suggest you check with your local customs office if you are unsure prior to purchase.  We reserve the right to refuse purchase of products at any time. 

Pricing
Except where noted otherwise (e.g. sale pricing) , the price displayed for products on  Kid Republic represents the full retail price listed on the product that has been either suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated by Kid Republic in accordance with the standard industry practice.  Despite our best efforts, there can be incidents of mis-pricing.  If an item has been incorrectly priced at lower than its correct price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you as a result.

Kid Republic strives to be as accurate as possible when describing the products featured on the site.  However, Kid Republic does not warrant that the product description or other content on this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error-free.  Please note that there is room for minor errors and discrepancies.  If a product offered on the Kid Republic site is found to be not as described, it is your responsibility to return it in an unused condition for a full refund, credit or exchange.  We will always endeavour to be as accurate as possible, however, we are unable to warrant the product descriptions, images, prices or any other content will be error free at all times, and reserve the right to make changes after a purchase has been made and notify you of this change as soon as possible.  As product colour and hue varies between devices and screens, if an absolute colour match is required, then we advise viewing in store to confirm suitability.  Colour variation is not considered a fault.
