Wash me
Keep colours seperate for the first few washes, as the dye may get into the water.
There is no need to wash clothes at the maximum temperature setting indicated.
Use bleach with cold water only for a maximum of one hour, check label first.

Drying Me
Please take care of your digital print tees by:
Washing inside out in a cold washNot putting in the dryer or iron print.And don’t leave the print face up in direct sunlight on the line.

MERINO
Don't Shrink Me
Always check the washing instructions, as some garments require hand washing. 
Always use cool water, less than 30 degrees Celsius. If the water is too warm, the garment will felt and shrink.
Always lay garment flat to dry in the shade.

Don't Bleach Me
Always use an approved liquid wool detergent. Do not soak or wash your woollen garments using laundry powders. Did you know most laundry powders contain whiteners which act like bleach, even 'eco-whiteners' may still bleach your garment creating bleach spots and holes! 
PLEASE DO NOT USE NAPPY-SAN, as this will destroy the fibres.

Pilling
If pilling occurs, do not despair, this is a natural process where friction causes the short fibres to migrate to the surface. Once removed these will disappear.

Age is not always a guide when it comes to choosing children’s clothing. Children's bodies are all so different. So are clothes!
These charts are a guide only and should be used as an approximation only.  Children grow at different stages. Even though we’ve tried to display the chart as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that it is absolutely correct as sizes in clothing vary between manufacturers, style, cut and countries.

Who do we use?

For NZ orders we either track and send our parcels with either Aramex or NZ Post couriers. 

How much will it cost me?

New Zealand - FREE for all orders over $100 (excluding carseats, strollers, furniture and other large items which are pick up in store only).  Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $10.00.

Australia - $30 for orders under $400.

How long will it take to arrive?

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders normally arrive 2-3 weeks after a pre-order has been launched. If you order a mix of in stock items and a pre-order item, we will hold your full order until all is in stock and send together. If you would like your in stock items sent separately please email or call us (there may be an additional freight charge).

NZ Urban Nationwide: 3-5 working days. Please ensure you provide a physical address and a safe location as many Couriers are providing contactless deliveries (if you do not, then the Courier may leave your delivery in your letterbox or some other location they deem safe).

NZ Rural: 4-10 working days. Please note rural deliveries may result in an extra 2 working days from the standard delivery times.

Please note that if your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, the dispatch process will not begin until the next working day. Your order will be processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
