Please note: Squishy, stretchy and sensory toys are designed for gentle play and fidgeting enjoyment. Due to their soft and flexible nature, they are not indestructible and may tear, split, leak, burst or become damaged if stretched excessively, pulled forcefully, punctured, bitten, chewed, twisted, thrown, or used in a manner beyond their intended purpose. These products are not suitable for children who may bite, chew, or attempt to access or swallow the contents. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, rough handling, or damage resulting from regular play is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not covered by our returns policy. Variations in lifespan will occur depending on how the product is used. We will happily replace or refund products that are faulty upon arrival or have a genuine manufacturing defect. Damage occurring after use is not covered.
For NZ orders we either track and send our parcels with either Aramex or NZ Post couriers.
